We offer international shipping. If your order contains multiple products, they may ship separately.
Once we receive your order, it may take approximately 7-28 days for delivery, depending on the product, on demand, and on your location. Please keep this in mind when you place your order--we can't wait for you to have your new goodies and we appreciate your patience!
International orders may experience longer shipping times due to customs, and you are responsible for any and all associated customs fees in your country, as we cannot control the customs process.
We want you to love your love my pup shop products. If you have concerns about your order, please email email@example.com and we'll take care of you. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
We accept size exchanges on apparel within 7 days from when you receive your order. To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
To exchange your apparel purchase for a new size, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt, and we will provide you with a return address and instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or we unfortunately will not be able to process your return.
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item for exchange and will send you the next steps to receive your desired size.

Unfortunately final sale items cannot exchanged or refunded.
